Mr. José María Ruiz Téllez (“Mr. Téllez”) is Of Counsel to FGC. His counseling and litigation experience is extensive, encompassing both the private and public sectors. Mr. Téllez graduated with his law degree from Comillas Pontifical University, one of the most distinguished and leading private universities in Spain and is licensed to practice throughout Spain.
Mr. Téllez began his legal career as an associate in a boutique law firm, located in Barcelona, Spain, where he focused his practice primarily on criminal law and civil litigation.
