Ms. Andrea C. Abad (“Ms. Abad”) is a Junior Partner at FGC. She is a Hispanic trial lawyer who focuses her practice primarily in the area of general civil litigation, with an emphasis on real estate litigation and personal injury, including car accidents, wrongful death, premises and products liability, negligent security, construction and workplace accidents, and nursing home cases. Ms. Abad has handled personal injury matters through all facets of litigation.
Ms. Abad received a Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, in Political Science, with a minor in International Relations, from Florida International University, and received her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law as a Dean’s Scholarship recipient.
While attending St. Thomas University College of Law, Ms. Abad earned Dean’s List honors, as well as the Book Award for the highest grade in Trial Advocacy. Ms. Abad also spent a summer abroad in Austria studying comparative legal systems, comparative speech, and comparative estate law at the University of Vienna.
