Ms. Nabila Torres (“Ms. Torres”) is a trial lawyer and focuses her practice primarily on business, commercial, and real property litigation. Ms. Torres also focuses on and has extensive experience in the practice and litigation of complex matrimonial law litigation, including but not limited to: contested dissolution of marriage, complex distribution of property, real property claims, post judgment proceedings, and prenuptial/post nuptial agreements.
Ms. Torres has built her practice on her client-focused approach and extraordinary responsiveness. Ms. Torres is lead counsel of FGC’s litigation department and conducts all aspects of federal and state civil litigation at trial and appellate levels, including case management, motion practice, oral argument, discovery, mediation, and trial.
She defends and prosecutes on behalf of a wide range of clients, including businesses, real estate developers, software developers, entrepreneurs, among others, in actions pertaining to commercial, professional liability, insurance, real estate and employment disputes.

Ms. Torres has extensive experience advocating for the rights of her clients through trial, advising on business structures, and best methods for dispute resolution.
