Ms. Yaisy Linares (“Ms. Linares”) is FGC’s office manager and real estate paralegal. She has over twenty years of experience conducting real estate closings, both residential and commercial. She has vast experience in all facets of a real estate transaction, whether it is helping a first-time home buyer or providing guidance to a seller or potential buyer in the purchase and sale of luxury real estate. Besides having significant knowledge on the terms of real estate purchase agreements, Ms. Linares also has extensive experience in preparing real estate documents, which include: purchase agreements, amendments, leases, subleases, and assignment agreements. Ms. Linares is also a title examiner. She has the knowledge and experience in conducting title searches and analyzing their results.
Ms. Linares has also been involved in numerous business and corporate transactions. She has participated in the formation, and structuring, of domestic and foreign entities, and has extensive experience in preparing: operating agreements, by-laws, articles of organization, and corporate resolutions.
Throughout Ms. Linares’s paralegal career, she obtained experience in the area of commercial litigation. She has over thirteen years of experience in assisting attorneys with their state and federal cases. Ms. Linares has experience in drafting pleadings, interacting with clients, filing court documents in both state and federal court, and assisting attorneys in the preparation for trial.
